I’m going to be cooking pasta with chorizo, chicken and an arrabbiata sauce for my man. Undecided on whether to use red wine in the sauce at the moment. Any thoughts/ additions?
Tonight
I watched an hour and a half of
Jamie’s 30 Minute Meals on Sunday, and I have to say I actually really enjoyed it. I still think he’s a bit of a spanner, but his cooking is amazing and the dishes look so good.
So it was to my immense joy that I saw a copy of the book of 30 minute meals on the living room table today; my mum has had it for a while, apparently.
I commented on the book and it turns out we’re having one of the dishes from the book tonight, a sausage pasta dish. My Stepdad asked if I wanted to cook it, so it looks like i’ll be cooking tonight!
